Refreshing and full of vitamins power drink for the hot summer days. Are you still drinking pop? So out of trend now! Watch what you pour into your body and your body would be grateful. We usually make this power drink by the bucket - you might want to adjust the quantities....
1. Boil a large pot of water - the one we used was 10 liters.
2. Once water boils, toss in 2 packages of frozen cranberries and 1 package of Isabella grapes (grapes are optional and could be substituted with cored and quartered apples).
3. Let it boil again, turn off the heat, add some fresh mint, cover and let it cool
4. Once cold, add honey to taste and may be a bit of cinnamon
In the winter you could also serve it warm or even hot. This drink is full of vitamin C and will help you fight the cold.
