Foody Thursday - Banana Bread
Thursday, 08 August 2013, 03:31:24 PM

My own version of this very well known dessert. Banana Bread made easy!

Banana Bred and Coffee

We will need:

Banana Bred Ingredients

Butter - 1 lb
Sugar - 1 cup
Vegetable oil  - 1/3 cup
3 nasty looking bananas - that's because you need to put them in a freezer first for a few hours, for the full flavor
3 eggs
Plain yogurt - 1 cup
Flour - 2.5 cups
Ground Cloves

1. Beat together butter, sugar and oil till fluffy
2. Add bananas (peeled please) and all the remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Your ready butter shall look like on the picture below

4. I am using silicon molds - love them
5. Bake in a pre-heated to 180 C oven for about 30 min

6. Let it chill in a mold, otherwise your Banana bread will fall apart
7. Voila, big fluffy unicorn jumping on Banana Bread!
